We are a group of people passionate about changing the way we do clinical staffing. Our team contains a unique mix of clinical, workforce management, financial and technology expertise.

We were born out of a Navicent Health employee’s idea for an industry led solution to the staffing problems she was seeing each day. Flex Health is the manifestation of that vision and has been formed as a joint venture between Navicent Health and leading healthcare innovators, Fitzroy Health.

Meet the Team

Lamar H. Farr

Senior Vice President

Mr. Lamar H. Farr is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of people-focused and value-driven results in healthcare staffing, medical recruitment, and higher education. His career includes increasingly senior executive roles at United States Army Medical Recruiting Department, InteliStaf Healthcare Inc., Strayer Education Inc., Le Cordon Bleu at Career Education Corporation Inc., and Education Corporation of America. Lamar comes to Flex Health from Education Corporation of America where he served as the President of Virginia College in Chattanooga, Tennessee and was responsible for scaling high-quality revenue streams and organizational value through a mixture of human capital development, customer service excellence, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and goal-driven strategies.

He holds an MBA of Finance from Baker Center of Graduate Studies of Flint, Michigan, BA of Sociology/Criminology from Coker College of Hartsville, South Carolina, and Department of the Army First Sergeants Course. Lamar and his wife Lisa have been happily married for over 25 years and have three adult daughters; Candice, Caylen, and Jessie.

Kyle Surratt

Vice President of Finance

Kyle has over 20 years of expertise in finance and accounting with increasing levels of responsibility.  Prior to joining Flex Health his positions included, CFO at Awnex Inc., Director of Finance at Schenker Logistics and Senior Finance Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions. 

Kyle earned an MBA and a BA from Georgia State University.

Angela Jenkins

Senior Director of Operations

Angela comes to Flex with a specialty in Budgets and Staffing, and has a BS in Business Administration Management from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. Her background reflects almost 20 cumulative years experience in Retail Management, Healthcare Staffing, Logistics and Budgeting, and a Green Belt in Process Improvement. She is excited to put her blend of skills to great use at Flex!

Angela grew up in the Chicagoland area but has lived in South Carolina and Georgia for a little over 15 years. Angela and her husband have 3 beautiful children that keep them extremely busy.

Her interests include camping and being outdoors, activities with her kids including Scouts, karate, dance, and geeking out on Superhero movies. She loves entertaining friends and family… Mostly with food! (The company potlucks are looking forward to her mean appetizers.) Angela is also very close with her extended family, who are spread out all over the US, but that just gives her a great reason to travel.

Sherry Baker

On Call Supervisor

After graduating from South Georgia Technical and Vocational School with a business degree, Sherry worked as the personal secretary to the president of Habitat for Humanity International for several years. Over the years, she has worked with a couple of pastors in administrative roles. Most recently she worked with special needs children for 17 years.

Sherry enjoys helping people however she can. She lives in Jonesboro with her husband of almost 28 years. She loves spending time with my two grandsons Kaedin and Riley. Sherry also likes to volunteer with different projects at my church and go camping and travelling when she can.

Shanna Christenson

Staffing Manager

Shanna comes to Flex Health having held many positions and job functions throughout her career, performing in roles such as Human Services Administrator, Bookkeeper, Human Resources and most recently Adult Mental Health Residential Manager. Throughout her career, despite changing titles and job functions, Shanna's focus has remained on taking care of people and helping in whatever role she holds.

She is a Southern California Native who has been fully immersed in Georgia living for a little over 2 years. When not working, Shanna enjoys spending time with her husband of 16 years, 2 daughters ages 12 and 7, and 2 sons ages 13 and 10. She also enjoys spending time camping, fishing, reading, and doing photography.

Kevin Cole

Account Manager

Kevin has over 8 years’ experience in staffing and recruiting and truly understands how important it is to find the right job for the right person. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and passion for the job ensures he won’t rest until you are in the assignment that suits you best.

A graduate from the University of Georgia, Kevin is a die-hard Bulldawgs fan, resulting in an abhorrence of the color orange, as well as being prone to the occasional fit of barking. He has an old house in the country that he is constantly claiming to be renovating, where he lives with his good for nothing yet adorable dog, Sanford.

Shannon Connor

Senior Recruiter

Shannon is an experienced health care recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the Staffing Industry. She started in the Healthcare field over five years ago. Shannon has worked on the commercial and government side for staffing. She has experience staffing all specialties.

Shannon graduated from Georgia state with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband cooking and traveling. She loves her family, friends, and dogs. Shannon loves to give back to her community by volunteering and giving to those in need.

Katherine Cooper

Director of Finance

Katherine started her finance career in construction before moving to the healthcare industry. She loves working with numbers and people and is excited to bring her services to Flex. Katherine is originally from Madison, GA and came to Macon to attend Mercer University where she earned her bachelors in Finance.

Katherine is an active member in the Junior League of Macon and loves participating in their service projects. Her other hobbies include playing tennis, doing projects at her house, and spending time with her Cockapoo named Betsy.

Amanda Gibbs

Lead Staffing Coordinator

Amanda has 20 years of customer service experience, 3 years of Training/Management, and 3 years in Staffing/ Recruitment. Her greatest achievement is to assist my team as well as staff to be the best that they can be and to give them the encouragement they deserve. She is very excited to be a part of the Flex Health Family and hope to become a great asset to the team!

Amanda is also an energetic and happy mother of two!

Kay Hanson

Office Manager

Kay has over twenty years of customer service experience under her belt before changing her career to be more business focused. She comes to us with ten years’ experience in a hospital setting, with her last role as an assistant to the department director. Kay holds a degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources.

Kay has a wonderfully supportive blended family with her husband, David, and their four children, two grown and living on their own, one at Kennesaw State University, and one at Houston County High School. During her spare time, Kay volunteers at Houston Medical Center and has maintained a status on the Executive Board for Houston County High School’s Black and Silver Brigade for four years, with this term as the treasurer. You can usually find her at all band events, especially during football and competitive marching seasons. Kay enjoys spending time with her grandchild and loves going to the beach.

Brianne Hobbs

Recruiting Specialist

Brianne joined the Flex Team with 15 years’ experience in the Medical field as a Medical Lab Tech. 10 years specifically has a Lab manager to a small Physicians Private Practice. Over the last 5 years, she has crossed trained to include medical billing, manage all Physician credentialing requirements for a private practice, and established monthly AR and productivity reports. She is excited to come aboard to expand our credentialing department.

Brianne loves spending time with her family, and when not at work is mostly likely busy with kids. She is excited for the new opportunity in the medical field and hopes to be a great attribute to Flex Health.

Jean Hutcheson, RN

Director of Clinical Client Relations

Jean joins us with 30 plus years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Her background is critical care, open heart surgery (as both staff nurse and Team Coordinator) , House Supervisor and Nurse Manager. She has over 13 years of experience working with staffing logistics and patient placement. She also managed the development of a multifaceted team of nurses who worked in critical care, ED , and Med/Surg.

Jean and her husband Jeff along with their 3 fur babies enjoy camping and spending time with family and friends.

Bobby Jones

Senior Recruiter

Bobby Jones is a seasoned professional with over 29-years of experience in the Executive and Professional Search Industry. He has placed numerous professionals during his distinguished career across various industries and geographies. Bobby has provided businesses with professionals in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, government, insurance, legal, medical, financial and entertainment industries. He has dedicated his career to providing world-class professional service through both the full life-cycle recruiting and human capital approaches. Bobby has worked from Recruiter to Selling Branch Manager to Sr. Regional Account Executive while complying with EEO, FAA, ADA and DOT laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Flex Health, Mr. Jones successfully led regional offices for four major multi-national recruiting firms and started up his own contingency firm with HGI “Harvard Group International”. Bobby’s outstanding performance in these accomplishments are greatly attributed to his belief in trusting people and their scope expansion abilities.

Bobby also served as a Professional Fire Fighter with the Ft. Walton Fire Department in Florida and served in the Army National Guard as a non-commissioned officer.

Mr. Jones holds degrees in Business Administration, Hotel Restaurant Sales Management. He is married to Julieta and they have four children. He enjoys singing, swimming and martial arts.

Jessica Manning

Lead Compliance & Credentialing Specialist

Jessica has over 12 years experience in Customer Service, 5 years of Management and Training and 2 years of Medical experience.

In her free time, Jessica loves being with her 2 daughters and husband. Her hobbies include cooking, singing and decorating.

Jessica is excited to join Flex Health and looks forward to assisting her team with her skills and knowledge.

Tiffany Mathis

Compliance Specialist

Tiffany started her career in the Healthcare Field 12 years ago, with experience in Optometry, DBHDD, Home Health and Recruiting/Staffing Medical Professionals. Tiffany has always been Customer Service oriented and wanting to help others. Tiffany is very excited to be a part of the Flex Health family and she looks forward to using her skills in the various fields to help Flex Health grow.

Tiffany was born and raised in Fort Valley, GA. Home of The Peach County Trojans. Tiffany enjoys spontaneous trips, as well as spending time with family, friends, and her loving Maltipoo “Princess”.

Christian Mauldin

Credentialing Specialist

Christian comes to Flex Health with 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, 2 of which were spent in a managerial/training role. In addition to this, Christian has a background in the medical field working as a CNA.

In his free time he enjoys traveling, music, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
Christian is excited to be a part of the Flex Health Team and looks forward to being a part of something great.

Heather Meadows

Finance Specialist

Heather has worked in multiple industries over the past 10 years, with her central driving force being the satisfaction of others. She attended Mercer University with a focus in Journalism, and her attention to detail and desire for things to be balanced translates well into the finance world. She has several years of accounting experience and is excited to help Flex Health succeed.

Heather grew up on a farm in the gigantic town of Gray, GA and was a cheerleader and dancer from childhood through college. The only thing Heather loves more than a fresh cup of coffee is her husband AJ, who is her perfect match in both wit and stubbornness, and their son Quinn. In addition to drinking ridiculous amounts of coffee, you can also find Heather reading, being a diehard supporter of her Braves and Dawgs, chasing her toddler, and snuggling with her adorable dogs while binge-watching her favorite shows for the 100th time.

Jenny Montgomery

HR Generalist

Jenny is a North Carolina transplant with almost 15 years’ experience in the medical field in both the clinical (patient care) and non-clinical (insurance verification, billing, medical records) side. She is currently working on a Bachelor’s of Science degree at Middle GA State University in Health Services Administration with a focus on Clinical Practice Management. Once that is completed, she intends on completing her Masters in Health Services.

Jenny has 2 curly girls, age 14 and 4. Her oldest daughter is a member of the Warner Robins High School Marching Band (GO DEMONS!!) and Jenny is an active participant in the band boosters. She says being a band mom is a lot of fun but also keeps her pretty busy during football season. From August – December, you can find her either behind the concession stand at McConnell-Talbert stadium, or cheering the band on at the side lines. Her youngest daughter will start her school journey soon and Jenny isn’t happy about it but her daughter can’t wait!

When not at work, doing homework or playing the role of band mom; Jenny prefers to either spend quality time with her girls, go bowling, cook or go on a coupon shopping trip. That’s right, do not get behind Jenny in the check out line if she has her coupon binder with her.

Sara Noureddine, MBA

Director of Recruiting

Sara is an accomplished professional business leader and her passions are helping people and providing exceptional service. Prior to joining Flex Health as the Business Development Manager, Sara has worked in various roles such as Director of Admissions in higher education recruitment, Franchise Owner for a commercial cleaning business and currently holds her Real Estate License. She has been successful in maximizing growth and profits by developing an organizations offerings and opportunities through strategic planning, operations management, marketing, and business development.

Sara loves to travel and explore different cultures, she has been to over 13 countries and speaks multiple languages. Sara was born in New York and raised in Colorado, she has also lived in California, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, and now calls Georgia home. She obtained an MBA in Marketing from American InterContinental University, and BS in International Business from Colorado Technical University.

Marilynn Puglise-Sessions, MHS, HS-BCP, DDD, DDP, CGM

Business Development Manager

Marilynn has led a successful career as an Administrator of Health and Human Services, Medicare Administrator, Director of Business Development, Director of Resource and Marketing, and Director of Case Management.

Marilynn enjoys working in helping organizations realize their potential and work towards sustainability. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services (MHS) with an emphasis in Health, Wellness, and Counseling and has served as an advocate for the aging population and individuals with developmental disabilities for many years.

Marilynn is a Board-Certified Human Services Practitioner (HS-BCP), Certificated in Gerontology from Boston University (IGSW) emphasis in Geriatric Assessment, Certified as a Developmental Disabilities Director (DDD), Certified as a Developmental Disabilities Professional (DDP) and Certified Geriatric Manager (CGM).

In her spare time, Marilynn enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, 3 dogs, and 3 cats. She is an active member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Lawrenceville, GA. During football season she and her family are cheering on the Crimson Tide (University of Alabama) football team. So, when you see Marilynn give her a shout: Roll Tide!!!

Cara Quarantillo

Director of Marketing

Cara has had various roles throughout her career focusing on all different aspects of Marketing. She loves working with people and is excited to be bringing in brand awareness for Flex Health.

Cara was born and raised in Lewiston, New York and recently relocated to the Warner Robins area. She is a graduate of Niagara University in New York and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Cara enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves trying out new restaurants and activities. Cara adores the king of the castle- her Pomeranian named Bambino.

Melanie Rivera-Thompson

Finance Specialist

Melanie started her career as a Finance professional in a tiny warehouse, of all places. Over the last decade, her skills and surroundings have both grown, and now she is excited to bring a blend of legal relations, office management, billing, and accounting experience to Flex Health to further their success.

Melanie is the epitome of the saying “dynamite comes in small packages” – This 5-foot mamacita is full of spunky, spontaneous personality and a compassionate and supportive demeanor. She graduated from Mercer University in 2013 with a BA in Spanish and Psychology. When she is not focusing on her career, Melanie’s downtime is spent creating memories with her family and deepening her faith. She and her husband JoBen both come from Puerto Rican families and are excited to raise their energetic and adorable son Armando to embrace his bilingual blend of culture. Melanie lives in Warner Robins with her two favorite boys, their dog, Nilo and her pet Father-in-law, Benny.

Jennifer Schroepfer

Compliance Specialist

Jennifer grew up in Georgia, leaving for the military after high school. As an Arabic linguist in the Marine Corps she lived in the Carolinas, California, and Cuba before returning to California and graduating from the University of California, Berkeley (Go Bears!). After college she lived in Spain for a few months before returning to Georgia for good in 2010.

Jennifer has several years of medical office experience, starting at the front desk at a doctor's office and working her way up to medical billing and bookkeeping. Most recently she was a stay-at-home mom to her three children, ages six, four, and two. She lives with her fiance and their kids in Warner Robins. They are homebodies with very little free time as the parents of small children, but in those rare moments they like to watch conspiracy documentaries or hang out with their families.

Kristi Sorrow

Facility Coordinator

Kristi brings a thorough clinical skillset to the Flex family, having started as a CNA over 25 years ago and worked her way up to Social Services Director for a skilled nursing facility. She has also held the recent role of Building Manager and Compliance Specialist for a Community Service Board mental health/rehab day program.

Kristi is the loving mother of 3 grown children , 1 granddaughter, and a new grand-baby on the way! She also has 2 furbabies, Prim and PuppyBoy who are the sweetest pit-boxer mixes in the world. Her home reflects her love for her family, as well as her collections of vintage cookie jars and salt/pepper shakers. In her free time you can find Kristi outdoors, as she enjoys traveling, camping, cave exploring, waterfall hunting, and relaxing on the beach.

Despite her hair color and nickname "Red", Kristi actually refuses to wear (or even own) anything red- She would never cheat on her Auburn Tigers and Carolina Panthers, and loves attending the games and cheering her teams on.

Parth Suthar

Senior Recruiter

Parth is an experienced healthcare professional who has worked in medical equipment companies, doctors’ offices, hospitals, and staffing firms. His passion for advocacy has allowed him to build lifelong relationships with the healthcare professionals that he has had the privilege of working with. He always ensures that the professionals that he has the opportunity to work with are happy, and does so by being open and honest, delivering on time, and having a positive and straight-forward attitude.

Parth has a degree from University of Michigan in Healthcare Administration and visits his home state as much as he can. He now lives in rural and beautiful Georgia where he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors by the water. He is also an avid traveler who has been to almost every state and continent and plans on visiting them all!

Jessica Wellborn

Director of Compliance

Jessica has worn many hats throughout her career, but one thing has always remained the same, she is diligent in her commitment in helping others. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and her go-the-extra-mile attitude have been her greatest assets in all her endeavors. Jessica has integrity, determination, and is devoted to all she serves.

She is a graduate of Middle GA State College with a BS in Human Services. She is happily married with 4 children. She loves to read, paint, and spend time with her family. Her favorite pastime is listening to music and dancing around the house. There is often singing as well but just because you have the ability, doesn’t mean you have the talent.

Keyon West

Account Manager

Keyon has been working in staffing for 3 years , and as a member of the Patient Access team at a local hospital for 7 years. She has the customer service experience to provide quality service to clientele.

She lives in Fort Valley with her kids. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Daboris Woods


Daboris Woods is a recruiting and account manager professional with 6+ years of experience in the Professional Search Industry. He has placed numerous professionals during his distinguished career across various industries and geographies. Daboris has managed and staffed professionals in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Engineering, Medical, Financial and Information Technology. He has dedicated his career to providing world-class professional service through both the full life-cycle recruiting. Daboris has worked in all areas of recruiting from account management, onsite coordination, business development and retention.

Prior to joining Flex Health, Daboris successfully managed and grown existing client accounts and recruited under the Manpower Group/ExperisIT umbrella. His belief is that his successes throughout his career in various industries have been due to his consistency of service to the consultants he’s placed, and providing unparalleled detail, consultation and attention to clients’ needs for the accounts he’s managed.

Mr. Woods is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and enjoys live music and performing for various events nationwide in his down time.
